Executive Director
Ezra Hug is a 25 year wireless industry professional who has worked for Carriers, Integrators, 3rd Party Operators, and OEMs. During his career he has developed, pitched, negotiated and closed contracts worth >$500m primarily in the sectors of cellular DAS, Macro, Fiber, WiFi Utility Poletop Rights of Way.
He launched NEDAS in 2011 and grew it into a successful Northeast-focused organization before passing the baton to Ilissa Miller (of iMiller PR) in 2013.
Recognizing the need for more information sharing and networking between real estate owners and the rapidly evolving in-building connectivity/wireless industry he launched TIWA in January 2025.

Steve Yapsuga helps lead TIWA to bridge the divide between the Wireless and Data Center industries and Real Estate Owners and Managers across key sectors. Steve Yapsuga is a seasoned business and technology strategist with over 25 years in wireless infrastructure, enterprise connectivity, and emerging technologies. With a track record of driving business growth, M&A deals, and strategic expansion, Steve's held leadership roles in top organizations, served on multiple industry boards, and most recently founded WorkForceG, which addresses the business challenges of small and mid-cap tech companies.
Steve’s expertise spans DAS, AI, WiFi, Small Cell, Public Safety, Security & Surveillance, and Managed IT, making him a sought-after speaker, author, and consultant. Under his leadership, the In-Building Wireless Association fosters industry collaboration, delivers valuable market insights, and creates business opportunities in the evolving wireless and real estate landscape.

Luke Lucas operates a consultancy practice based in Europe for a variety of wireless industry partners, associations and OEM’s.
The focus revolves around specific and detailed planning of technology with key partners that that are desirous of improving mobile and device connectivity within the enterprise and government spaces anywhere in the world.
Current clients consist of US, UK and EU entities looking to solve for specific and varied wireless needs with prescriptive solutions and detailed analysis into a master program plan.
Prior to forming More Cell Coverage, LLC, Luke spent 29 years at T-Mobile U.S., Bellevue Washington with the last nine years operating the carrier’s nationwide indoor connectivity program called Build Your Own Coverage, aka BYOC. The program evangelized wireless as the fifth utility and substantially raised the global importance of wireless to that of water, sewer, gas and electricity.
Luke is a native of Southern California and a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Sol Price school of Public Policy and the Dollinger Master’s Real Estate Development program.

Ilissa brings nearly three decades of experience in public relations, marketing, sales, and product development to her clients in an effort to help them differentiate their messages and achieve notoriety within an ever expanding and evolving industry. Kishore Raja has over 25 years of experience in Wireless networks, Neutral host systems, Distributed Systems and AI/ML. Kishore has held multiple leadership roles at Boingo Wireless, Federated Wireless, specializing in Strategy, R&D, Industry Standards, Entrepreneurship, Neutral host models, Cloud Native and AI Native strategy. Kishore has been on the BoD at MuLTEfire Alliance, Telco Advisory Board and Advisor to BoD for Wireless companies. Kishore has held multiple chair/co-chair positions at WBA, TIP alongside Meta, Intel and BT. Kishore holds Bachelors of Engineering from Bangalore University and M.S. from University of London, has written and published multiple white papers, with multiple approved patents in the Wireless Industry and is an active industry speaker giving keynotes and participating in panels.Steve’s expertise spans DAS, AI, WiFi, Small Cell, Public Safety, Security & Surveillance, and Managed IT, making him a sought-after speaker, author, and consultant.
